- By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
- We accept payment via card. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
- Prices are as stated on our website and are subject to change without notice. Any promotional offers or discounts will be applied at checkout, where applicable.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- 4.1 The Company’s online payment system is administered by PayPal with most major Credit and Debit cards being accepted. The Company cannot accept any orders for which payment has not been received in full.
5. Delivery
Marge & Mabel’s Homemade Dog Treats will process your order within two to four working days of receipt. A shipment usually take up to three business days for arrival. Delivery charge is £5.00, but free for orders over £35.00
UK Bank Holidays are not classed as business days, so please allow an extra business day for delivery.
- Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the postal service or customs authorities.
5. Liability
- We do not accept any liability for loss or damage incurred as a result of using our products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that our treats are suitable for their dog and to monitor their dog while consuming them.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
